Ordering Terms Billing
All orders billed to a school or school district must be accompanied by an official, signed purchase order or by written authority of a principal or superintendent on school stationary. All orders must have School Name and School Phone Number.
Payment
Terms are net 30 days on orders shipped to schools. Individuals ordering for themselves must include payment.
Guarantee
Psychkits are designed and assembled by high school and university Psychology instructors whose combined classroom experience exceeds 100 years. Because all of our kits are classroom tested before you get them, you are assured that they will be "bug" free. If for any reason, a kit does not work out for you, please send it back for a full refund and we will pay the freight on the trip back to our warehouse.
Shipping
We ship UPS Ground unless you specify otherwise. See the order page for shipping charges.
Delivery
Shipping and handling charges are prepaid and added to the invoice. We pride ourselves on our shipping speed. Unless items are temporarily out of stock, you will likely receive your order within less than ten working days.
