Nail Biters Kit
What is it?
This is a kit which allows you to teach your nail biters how to stop.
How do you use the kit?
After assembling the nail biters club, each student is given a cuticle brush and two rubber bands. They are then taught how the system works. You may want to have regular meetings in the beginning, but after a while you won't need them. The program lasts for one month. The success rate for the system is about 80%.
What can you accomplish?
- You can help your students gain confidence about solving their problems.
- You can demonstrate to them that they actually can control a behavior they formerly thought they could not.
